Privacy Policy

Hossfeld Industries uses this application as an Owner/Admin analytics and financial dashboard to manage software applications and connected business services. This Privacy Policy explains how the application handles information when you connect a Google AdMob account through Google OAuth 2.0.

The dashboard connects to Google AdMob through Google OAuth 2.0 in order to retrieve AdMob account and reporting information. When the integration is authorized, the application may access AdMob information including:

• AdMob account information
• App information
• Ad unit information
• Estimated earnings
• Impressions
• Clicks
• Ad requests
• Matched requests
• Match rate
• Show rate
• eCPM
• CTR
• Reporting dates
• Platform information
• Country-level reporting where available

The application requests only the Google AdMob permissions needed for reporting and analytics. The Google OAuth scopes used are:

• https://www.googleapis.com/auth/admob.readonly
• https://www.googleapis.com/auth/admob.report

These permissions are used to read AdMob account and reporting data and are not intended to modify the user's Google Account.

Google AdMob data is used only to:

• Display AdMob revenue and performance information in the Owner/Admin Dashboard
• Compare app performance
• Calculate advertising revenue
• Support profitability calculations
• Generate analytics and reports
• Associate AdMob earnings with the correct app
• Monitor ad-unit performance

Google user data is not sold.

Google user data is not used for unrelated advertising or profiling.

Only data necessary for dashboard analytics and reporting is stored. OAuth credentials, access tokens, refresh tokens, and secrets are stored securely using backend or encrypted secret storage and are never intentionally exposed in the frontend.

Google AdMob data is not sold or shared with unrelated third parties. Data may only be processed by service providers required to operate the application, such as Base44 and Google services, subject to their own privacy and security terms.

Analytics and reporting data may be retained as necessary for historical reporting and business analysis. Connection credentials may be revoked or removed when the Google AdMob integration is disconnected.

An authorized user can revoke the application's access to Google data through their Google Account permissions or by disconnecting the AdMob integration from the dashboard.

Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used to protect connected-account data and credentials.
