By accessing or using any Hossfeld Industries app, game, website, or digital product, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our products.
Hossfeld Industries grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our products for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with any applicable product documentation. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer our products except as permitted by applicable law.
Certain products or in-app items may be offered for purchase. All purchases are processed through the applicable platform (such as the Apple App Store or Google Play). Refunds for platform purchases are handled according to that platform's refund policy. For purchase or billing help, contact us through the Support Center.
You agree not to use our products in any way that is unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent; not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts; and not to interfere with or disrupt the operation of our products.
All content, features, and functionality of our products — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, audio, and code — are owned by Hossfeld Industries and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hossfeld Industries shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products. Our products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our products after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The effective date below reflects the most recent revision.
